DPO رضون گوندل ، خاور مانیکا تنازعہ۔

پاکپتن: وزیراعظم پاکستان عمران خان کی اہلیہ بشری مانیکا کے سابق شوہر اور ان کی صاحبزادی کو ایلیٹ فورس کی جانب سے روکنا ڈسٹرکٹ پولیس آفیسر پاکپتن کو مہنگا پڑ گیا، معاملہ پر معافی نہ مانگنے کی پاداش میں رضوان عمر گوندل کا تبادلہ کر دیا گیا۔

پیر کے روز سامنے آنے والی خبر میں تصدیق کی گئی ہے کہ ڈی پی او پاکپتن رضوان عمر گوندل کے تبادلے  کے احکامات جاری کر دیے گئے ہیں۔

چند روز قبل بشری بی بی کے سابق شوہر لاہور سے پاکپتن آ رہے تھے۔ سکھ پور کے قریب ایلیٹ فورس پولیس نے ان کو روک کر پوچھ گچھ کرنا چاہی جس پر وہ رکے نہیں اور گاڑی آگے بڑھا لے گئے۔

معاملہ کے متعلق سامنے آنے والی رپورٹس میں دعوی کیا گیا ہے کہ بشری بی بی کے سابق شوہر کے نہ رکنے پر پولیس کی گاڑی نے ان کا تعاقب بھی کیا۔

ضلعی پولیس افسر کی معطلی حساس اداروں کی رپورٹ کے بعد عمل میں لائی گئی ہے تاہم یہ واضح نہیں کہ اس رپورٹ کے مندرجات کیا تھے۔

پیر کے روز انسپکٹر جنرل پنجاب پولیس  کلیم امام نے ڈسٹرکٹ پولیس آفسیر رضوان عمر گوندل کے تبادلے کے احکامات جاری کیے ہیں۔

نوٹیفیکیشن کے مطابق ڈسٹرکٹ پولیس آفسیر رضوان عمر گوندل کو فوری طور پر سنٹرل پولیس آفس لاہور رپورٹ کرنے کی ہدایت کی گئی ہے۔ ابھی تک عمر گوندل کی جگہ کسی نئے ڈی پی او کی تعیناتی نہیں کی گئی ہے۔

رپورٹس میں دعوی کیا گیا ہے کہ پولیس کی جانب سے روکنے کو خاور مانیکا اور ان کی نیٹی نے انا کا مسئلہ بنا لیا۔ ڈی پی او کو حکم دیا گیا کہ وہ مانیکا کے ڈیرے میں جا کر ان سے معافی مانگے۔ رضوان عمر نے موقف اپنایا کہ پولیس نے کچھ غلط نہیں کیا ہے وہ معافی نہیں مانگیں گے۔

پولیس ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ خاورمانیکا کو 23 اگست کو ناکے پر روکا گیا تھا۔ جس کے بعد آئی جی پنجاب نے ریجنل پولیس افسر اور ڈی پی او کو جمعہ کے روز طلب کیا تھا۔ ڈی پی او پاکتپن نے وزیراعلی کو معافی مانگنے سے انکار کے موقف سے آگاہ کیا۔

ذرائع کا یہ بھی کہنا ہے کہ پولیس کی جانب سے روکے جانے پر خاور مانیکا نے غلیظ زبان استعمال کی تھی۔
